All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. For football, this means FIFA, UEFA, AFC, or the applicable national football association. For other sports, the corresponding international or national federation's ruling is final.
If a match or event is postponed, bets will remain valid if the event takes place within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time. If the event does not take place within 48 hours, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded, unless otherwise stated in specific market rules.

All sabung ayam (cockfighting) matches are streamed live from licensed arenas in the Philippines (S128 platform), Thailand, and Cambodia (SV388 platform). ug303 does not own or operate any physical cockfighting arenas. Match results are determined by the arena officials and are final. Betting on sabung ayam is restricted to users aged 21 and above.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ug303's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your ug303 account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Upon permanent closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding forfeited funds from prohibited activities) will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to ug303.
